Josh came in and immediately took my budget and goals into account when recommending a solution for my upstairs. I already had a big enough unit, but I needed a dual-zone setup so the basement and main level didn’t feel like a freezer while the upstairs stayed hot. After talking through my expectations — and even the solution I had researched — we struck gold. His expertise really showed in how he redesigned the airflow in my home. I had several other companies come out, and not a single one considered the approach Josh took. There was a point where I wasn’t the nicest person to Josh. He initially believed the job was complete, but I noticed the upstairs temperature starting to climb again. This is where his professionalism truly shined. Josh stayed calm during what was definitely an elevated moment for me, and he continued to troubleshoot until he found the root cause and resolved it. The result? My house was absolutely perfect through the entire summer. Josh even checked on me a few times afterwards just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Amazing!! Put in a request for service for furnace on Monday evening through Yelp not expecting any response until the next day. Within 10 minutes Comfort Home Services responded and said they could send someone right out. Josh was at the house in 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem and got financing in place and installed the next day. He even loved on the cats while here. 😆. Again amazing service, above and beyond. Only $49.00 service fee.

I called comfort home services and expressed my concerns I was having in my home, they came out and recommended having a duct cleaning done. Within a day Josh was back out for my duct cleaning. He walked me through the process & was very informative. The process was done in a timely manner, & i was shown before and after pictures to see the results. I would highly recommend Comfort Home Services to anyone. I called them with an emergency A/C repair and a tech was at my home just a few hours later. While they did have to order some parts, my tech was able to perform magic and get my unit functioning temporarily so I had A/C. Their pricing was very reasonable, my tech was so polite and clean cut and his ability to get my home cooled quickly while awaiting parts all won my loyalty. I just had them return to do a pre-winter check up on my heating system and am so thankful I did. They found a couple of small things that were easily and inexpensively repaired now before they turned into larger and far more expensive issues this winter. Great team and great service with very reasonable pricing. You can't ask for more!
